Cancellation Policy
1. Appointments All treatments must be booked in advance through our online booking system. Once your booking is complete, you will receive an email confirming your appointment details. 2. Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Payments are processed securely through the online booking system. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 12 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice are non-refundable. Missed appointments (“no shows”) are non-refundable. 4. Late Arrival If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened so that the next appointment can begin on time. The full treatment fee will still apply. 5. Health & Wellbeing For your safety, please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or recent surgeries before your appointment. The therapist reserves the right to refuse or adapt a treatment if it is considered unsafe or unsuitable. 6. Age Policy Treatments are strictly for clients 18 years and over. No under-18s can be treated. 7. Professional Conduct All treatments are therapeutic and professional. Any inappropriate behaviour will result in the immediate termination of the session with no refund given. 8. Privacy Personal information collected during booking or treatment is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties unless legally required. 9. Gift Vouchers If using a gift voucher, please bring it to your appointment. Lost or expired vouchers cannot be redeemed.
