💚 Prostate Cancer Blood Screening Event 💚
This year i decided i still wanted to support CHAPS & the East Suffolk Prostate Cancer Support Group & keep the awareness going re Prostate Cancer & keep getting Men screened so i have hired out St Augustines Community Hub Hall to host this years Screening program
Mr Brother aged 47 was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer (one of the youngest Men to be detected with the Cancer through this process), he had attended one of the CHAPS Blood Screening events, He decided to have his Prostate removed & now no further treatments are needed, living a ‘normal’ life
Even if you are diagnosed with Prostate Cancer, it can be treated and monitored by regular Blood Tests
The Charity are working with the NHS to collect more information regarding the cancer and the end goal is for the test to be offered to a wider age range of Men, currently 65yrs and over on the NHS and yet some Men are still being refused a Prostate Cancer Test
💚 Wednesday 10th June 2026 between 5.30pm – 8.30pm 💚
💚 At St Augustines Community Hub Hall, Bucklesham Road, Ipswich IP3 8TH 💚
💚 £35 per person (money goes to the cost of the Blood Testing) 💚
Book via.... https://chaps.uk.com/event/291
It's just a blood test – you will be in and out with 15 minutes
For Men 40 years & over
Tell all of the Men in your lives and any man you meet!
