How to get Better Sleep or what we like to call 'Sleep Hygiene'


đź©· Establish a Routine .... try to go to bed at the same time every night and wake up at the same time every morning


đź’› Keep the bedroom dark, quiet, and comfortable - black out blinds or shutters are perfect in keeping the room darker


đź’™ Relax for at least 30 minutes before bed e.g., warm bath, reading a book or low light on a device, comfortable jim jams


đź’š Avoid heavy meals, caffeine, and alcohol late in the day


🧡 Limit your Screen Time, try to avoid mobile phones and TVs in bed and before bed time too
